Lyre Studios is operated by a registered Indonesian limited liability company (Perseroan Terbatas / PT), with its studio located at Jalan Pantai Seseh, Bali, Indonesia. In this policy, "Lyre Studios", "we", "us" and "our" refer to that company, which acts as the data controller for the personal data described here.

We process personal data in accordance with the Republic of Indonesia's Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection (Undang-Undang Pelindungan Data Pribadi / UU PDP) and the Electronic Information and Transactions Law (UU ITE) and its amendments. Where you access our services from outside Indonesia, we handle your data to a standard consistent with these laws.

• Enquiry & booking details: your name, email, phone number, company, preferred dates, studio of interest, crew size, project type, budget and any notes you share when you contact us or request a booking.
• Creative references: mood boards, images, PDFs and reference links you upload to help us understand your shoot.
• Partnership details: information you provide through our partners enquiry form, including brand, collaboration interest and supporting materials.
• Usage data: basic analytics such as pages viewed and interactions, used to understand and improve the site.

Under UU PDP we rely on your consent, the performance of a contract (or steps taken at your request before a booking), and our legitimate interests to:

• respond to enquiries and prepare quotes;
• plan, confirm and deliver your studio booking or production;
• assess and manage partnership opportunities;
• keep records required for accounting and legal compliance in Indonesia;
• maintain, secure and improve our website and services.

Enquiry attachments and reference materials are stored in a private, access-controlled storage bucket. Access to personal data is limited to authorised Lyre Studios team members who need it to serve you. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access, as required by UU PDP.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us operate, such as our hosting, database and storage infrastructure, and only to the extent needed to deliver our services. These providers are bound to protect your data and use it only on our instructions. We may also disclose data where required by Indonesian law or a valid legal request.

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above, including to fulfil a booking, maintain our business relationship, and meet legal or accounting obligations under Indonesian law. When data is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymise it.

Subject to UU PDP, you have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you;
• correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
• request deletion of your data;
• withdraw consent you previously gave;
• object to or restrict certain processing;
• request a copy of your data in a usable format.
