Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Lyre Studios website and the booking and hire of our studios and related services. Lyre Studios is operated by a registered Indonesian limited liability company (Perseroan Terbatas / PT) located at Jalan Pantai Seseh, Bali, Indonesia. By using our site or making a booking, you agree to these terms.

• Submitting an enquiry or booking request does not create a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only once we accept it in writing and any required deposit is received.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide, including dates, crew size, project type and any special requirements.
• We may decline any enquiry at our discretion, including where a shoot conflicts with our policies, values or availability.

• Fees are quoted per booking based on your requirements. Unless stated otherwise, quoted amounts are exclusive of any applicable Indonesian taxes, which will be added where required by law.
• A deposit may be required to secure your date. The balance is due as set out in your booking confirmation.
• Access to the studio may be withheld until due amounts are paid.

Cancellation and rescheduling terms, including any non-refundable portion of your deposit, will be set out in your booking confirmation. Please contact us as early as possible if your plans change so we can help where we can.

• You must use the studios and equipment safely, lawfully and only for the purpose agreed in your booking.
• You are responsible for your crew, cast, guests and any third parties you bring on site, and for their conduct.
• You must follow all reasonable studio rules and the instructions of Lyre Studios staff, including health, safety and water-safety requirements for the underwater and rain facilities.
• Any content produced must comply with Indonesian law, including the Electronic Information and Transactions Law (UU ITE).

• You are responsible for any loss or damage to the studio, equipment or premises caused by you or those you bring on site, beyond fair wear and tear.
• To the fullest extent permitted by Indonesian law, Lyre Studios is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability in connection with a booking is limited to the fees paid for that booking.
• Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

You are responsible for arranging appropriate insurance for your production, crew, cast and equipment. We may require proof of insurance for certain bookings.

• You retain the rights to the creative content you produce during your booking, subject to payment of all fees due.
• The Lyre Studios name, logo, website content and imagery remain our property and may not be used without our permission.
• With your permission, we may showcase select imagery of your shoot for our own promotional purposes; we will always ask before doing so.

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute arising from them or from your use of our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Indonesia, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available to you.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page with a revised "last updated" date.
